End User License Agreement

Effective Date: March 2026 • Entity: FindON Tech LLC

TERMINAL WARNING: INITIALIZING OR INTERFACING WITH FINDON TECH LLC SOFTWARE REQUIRES EXPLICIT ACCEPTANCE OF THESE PARAMETERS.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") forms a binding legal state machine between you ("User") and FindON Tech LLC located at 19901 9 the green ste B, Dover, DE.

1. Execution License Grants

FindON Tech LLC allocates a locked, non-transferable, revocable runtime license allowing you to execute platforms, software, and APIs issued by the company. This permit does not yield any ownership rights over the underlying compiler logic, source arrays, or proprietary frameworks.

2. Strict Operational Restrictions

Executing any payload that triggers system failures or bypasses built-in restrictions is a hard breach. Users are strictly disallowed from:

  • Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or dissecting the internal algorithms or executable binaries.
  • Rerouting, cloning, or distributing the software without explicit architectural license authorization.
  • Injecting unauthorized payloads, SQL commands, or privilege escalation tactics into the runtime environment.

3. Over-The-Air Patches

The system lifecycle demands continuous integration. FindON Tech LLC frequently forces critical security patches (OTA Updates) to active endpoints. Maintaining your license mandates the adoption of these patches to prevent network contamination.

4. Absolute Limitation of Liability

ALL COMPLETED BINARIES AND APIS ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY IMPLICIT WARRANTY. FINDON TECH LLC REJECTS ALL LIABILITY CONCERNING KERNEL PANICS, DATA CORRUPTION, SEVERE HARDWARE DEGRADATION, OR REVENUE DEFICITS OCCURRING FROM THE DEPLOYMENT OF THE SOFTWARE. MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NEVER EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS (USD).

Terms of Use

Effective Date: March 2026 • Entity: FindON Tech LLC

By bootstrapping a connection to any FindON Tech LLC domain, executing our APIs, or rendering our visual interfaces, you are formally governed by these Terms of Use (ToS).

1. Service Reliability SLA

While we target an aggressive 99.99% uptime via redundant node clusters, FindON Tech LLC reserves the absolute administrative right to intentionally drop active connections, halt servers, or purge data routes for zero-day patching or structural migration without prior warning.

2. Intellectual Property Vault

Every pixel, CSS construct, API endpoint, and backend logic map hosted within our architecture is rigidly copyrighted to FindON Tech LLC. Digital scraping, automated interface cloning, mirroring, or reverse-application of our public face will result in immediate legal execution.

3. Network Conduct Paradigms

Human queries and authorized bot traffic are welcome. Conversely, you must not:

  • Deploy automated botnets to exhaust our rate-limits or orchestrate Denial of Service vectors.
  • Run unapproved vulnerability scanners or penetration testing scripts against live production environments.
  • Use the infrastructure to relay malicious code or bypass internal firewall settings.

4. Administrative Override & Termination

FindON system administrators hold ultimate root permission over the ecosystem. We can sever any connection, revoke API keys instantly, and route problematic IP addresses to a digital blackhole if they fundamentally threaten Core LLC ecosystem stability.

5. Company Parameters & Jurisdiction

FindON Tech LLC is officially compiled as a corporate entity at:
Address: 19901 9 the green ste B, Dover, DE 19901
